Mixer Trailers

We offer cart/away short load concrete mixer trailer rentals with purchase of concrete. We currently have three trailers, each with a maximum capacity of 1.75 cubic yards. To pull our trailers you will need a pintle hitch and ½ to 1 full ton vehicle towing capacity. Trailers are rented on a 2 hour time limit. Additional charges will be applied if you exceed this time frame and are listed below. We currently do not assist with the pour at your site.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONCRETE TRAILER RENTAL:

  • Current driver’s license
  • Current insurance card
  • Credit card to hold the trailer
  • You must have a water source at your pour site to clean the trailer
  • 2 hour time limit for trailer rental
    (Additional charges will be applied if you exceed this time frame)

CONCRETE

Our concrete batch plant is calibrated on a weekly basis. Our trailers hold amounts from ¼ cubic yard to 1.75 cubic yards of concrete. We can do either a 4, 5, or 6 sack mix at your request (7-10 sack also available; please call to inquire about pricing).

Definitions

TOW TO JOBSITE

Once your concrete is batched you will tow the trailer to your jobsite and pour your concrete. Please note the following:

  • In order to prevent concrete spills on roadways, trailers cannot be driven over 45 mph.
  • We are not responsible for damage or spills caused by excessive towing speeds.
  • Unit must be tilted up with cover securely fastened while transporting.

Tools and Tips

RETURN THE TRAILER

The concrete trailer must be returned clean. When finished pouring, rinse the interior of the trailer several times. Leave 15 gallons of water in the trailer; please note that there will be a $400 cleaning fee in the water is not clean and clear. The cart needs to rotate while transporting so as not to ruin the casters; the customer is responsible for paying for replacement of damaged casters due to failure to continually rotate trailer while transporting.

Late Fees/Charges

LATE less than 1 hr: $100 ($25 per 15 minutes)
LATE more than 1 hr: $200 ($50 per 15 minutes)
LATE AFTER HOURS: $25 PER MINUTE
LOST COVER: $100
UNSECURED LOAD: Possible fine
CLEANING FEE: $400 if not returned clean inside and out and with 15 gallons (approx) of clean water in mixer. Water needs to be clear! This will be a per trip charge if making multiple trips.
